In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and current data protection regulations, Teanida 360, SL (hereinafter referred to as “Teanida”) is responsible for the processing of the personal data provided by the User. This Privacy Policy will detail the identity of the various data controllers and the purpose for which they may process your personal data.

We inform the User that whenever they use the website https://www.teanida.com, provide information, or access any type of information that allows us to identify them, whether to browse the Website, contract or use our services, or engage in business or professional relations with Teanida, it will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

  1. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data provided will be actively processed while the User maintains their status as a User of Teanida’s Services; that is, until the User exercises their right of deletion.

If the right of deletion is exercised, the User’s data will be blocked and retained in a restricted manner, available to Competent Authorities, if applicable, for a period of 5 years, considering the possible responsibilities arising from the processing of personal data.
